  • * Rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of the order.
  • ** To schedule a pickup, please email (purunocean@gmail.com) your pickup date and time. Bring your confirmation email or order number when you come to collect your order.

 

General Shipping Terms

  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for economy/standard delivery.
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, in most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the next business day.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
  • The estimated delivery is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. In some cases, delivery may take an additional few days (or even a week) by the carrier during peak shipping seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday.
  • Please note return shipping and the original shipping costs (even with free shipping) are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.

 

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

Where We Ship

We ship to physical residential or business addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
