We appreciate your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from bubblylovely.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of receipt.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation with return shipping label when your return is processed. Please note return shipping and the original shipping amount for the order (even with free shipping) will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged on arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible if the product is DOA.
  • The return label is pre-paid and pre-addressed. No additional postage is required. 
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be fully processed. 
  • For a refund, items must be in brand new, unused, re-sellable condition in their original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, manuals, tags (uncut), etc. when applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge an additional fee for damaged or used item

 

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us through your Order Confirmation email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* Please note return shipping and the original shipping costs (even with free shipping) are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns if the item has been used.  

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
